Cheers... to Sunday traditions.

Have you ever heard of Hootin' Annies? Or how about German pancakes? Well, now you have! We recently have started a Sunday morning tradition. It's definitely my favorite tradition so far. Hootin' Annies for Sunday morning breakfast! Can I get hoo-hah somebody? These weird looking things are yummy for our tummies. And they can be yummy for your tummy too. Just follow this recipe. :)

Ingredients:
6 eggs
1 cup flour
1 cup milk (we used rice milk and it worked great so if you are lactose feel free to use rice milk as a substitute)
1/2 tsp salt
2 TBS butter

Optional:
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400.

2. Melt butter in 9 x 13 pan in oven.

3. Mix the rest of the ingredients together. (The more whipped the batter is the more fluffy the pancakes will be.)

4. Pour batter into pan with melted butter.

5. Bake for 20 minutes. NO PEEKING! (It's a fun surprise. So don't peek... or else.)

6. Serve immediately with syrup and powdered sugar.

7. Go back for seconds.
